The Girl In The Camel Cape: New Year, New...Tights.

Whilst my mind has currently been focused on all things festive, and the blogging has pretty much come to an abrupt halt, it doesn't mean I haven't been expanding my ever growing wardrobe and hunting down the shiny new trends for 2012. I think I can speak for the majority when I say that January isn't exactly the time of year for the deliciously snug, figure-hugging denim to come out from the back of the wardrobe. Its been a long month (ok, few months) of mulled wine and festive nibbles, but a good few weeks of post-Christmas detox is always ideal before braving the denim squeeze. In the meantime, go with something a little more…lycra! Tights are fairly predominant on the catwalks throughout most of the Autumn/ Winter transitions, and this year is no different. With funky patterns and brightly coloured tights lining the high street stores, there is no need to feel unfashionable throughout this time of crucial (and slightly painful) new year detox.
